DioEgizio bf42cfdcf2 fix: rename LAUNCHER_DISABLE_GLVULKAN to PRISMLAUNCHER_DISABLE_GLVULKAN
for consistency with other env vars

this also introduces LAUNCHER_ENVNAME in BuildConfig/program_info for rebranded configurations
